Lighthouse Collaborative Care Aims
- To ensure that all children and young people living at The Old Parsonage are loved, happy, healthy, safe from harm and are able to develop, thrive and fulfil their potential.
- To ensure that children and young people that are care experienced are offered the same choices, chances and opportunities as their peers.
- To ensure we work together with the child and young person in addition to any other people involved in their lives to reduce the impact of their past experiences including abuse, neglect, exploitation and exclusion.
- To ensure we deliver an individualised approach based on the “Lovin care” model aiming to create the conditions where love can safely flourish at The Old Parsonage.
- To ensure the care team take a consistent approach and response to care within the home providing coherent and reassuring experiences for the children and young people and creating an environment for positive interactions.
